System Operation - The ViseeO Bluetooth handsfree kit works in conjunction with your Audi MMI screen and telephone buttons. The call lists, the phonebook and incomming calls are shown on the large screen and on the instrument FIS screen. The hands free can be controlled from the large screen and the radio wheel button or from the multifunction steering wheel buttons. Pressing the MODE-Button starts the menu in the FIS display. With the scroll wheel you can navigate through the menu topics and use the functions.

1. After installation you may need to code the MMI system to Telephone. Please contact an Audi dealer or workshop with diagnostic software. Alternatively please purchase our Audi coding dongle at £59. Our optional installation will include the coding for FREE.

2. Your MMI s/w version for MMI Basic & Basic Plus must be  higher than 0420. To check press RETURN + SETUP. Then check INTERFACE C6stdNavi. For MMI High must be higher than 3450. Press SETUP/SETTINGS and check the SW Index. To update please consult your Audi dealership.

3. The Audi MMI 2G is defined by the control buttons near the gearstick. MMI High will have the full colour screen, the MMI Basic/Plus models will have a monochrome red and sometimes green screen.

Audi A4, A6, Q7 and A8 - MMI Basic 2G - The vehicle contains a red monochrome center screen. Speakers are in the front doors only. A navigation system is not present.

Audi A4, A6, Q7 and A8 - MMI Basic Plus 2G - The vehicle contains a red monochrome center screen and a DSP amplifier. Speakers are also in the rear doors. If a CD navigation system is present it is located in the glovebox. The MMI 2G was produced until end of modelyear 2008.

Audi A6, Q7 and A8 - MMI High 2G - The vehicle contains a colour center screen. If a DVD navigation system is present it is located in the boot. The MMI 2G was produced until end of modelyear 2008.
