Bluetooth Telephone Integration Dension BTA1500 is an accessory which can be added to the Gateway 500 interface. It allows you to make and receive handsfree calls using the original controls on your car audio system. You will hear the caller through the car’s audio speakers and can control the call using your car radio controls, steering wheel controls or iDrive. The BTA uses cutting edge Bluetooth technology to ‘pair’ with your phone so that information can be sent between the two devices. Compatibility Please check the compatibility with your vehicle. The gateway 500 is only compatible with fibre optic systems (D2B & MOST) found in Audi's, BMW's Mercedes, Porsche, Saab and Volvo. A list of compatible vehicles is listed below. If you are purchasing the Bluetooth adapter please check that it is compatible with your head unit as well as your mobile phone.
Professional Installation You will be offered an optional installation at an additional cost from the drop down menu above. Our installation includes a mobile fitting appointment at an address of your choice anywhere within the UK. Lead time for the installation is between 5-7 days.
